I’m a Growing Yogi is a playful, rhyming story that incorporates poses, movement, breathing practices and relaxation that can be enjoyed by children in their early years (and the young at heart!)
The readers (you and your kids!) get to be the main characters and see what it feels like to be a dog, plane, tree, bee, butterfly and star through mindful movement.
Read the words together or follow along with the pictures and let your bodies and minds explore!
You’ll affirm your way through each pose, expressing feelings such as strength, openness, happiness and delight.
At the beginning of the story, your kids are ‘Little Yogis’. By the end of their practice, they can proudly call themselves ‘Growing Yogis’!
