Thanks again so much for that class. I told all my coworkers how amazing you were!
I want to thank you again for the wonderful experience you gave the students today. I have been telling everyone I can.
Your last session with us has really opened up my eyes to being more mindful every day.
I appreciated your class. The techniques for meditating I really appreciated and you have opened a door for me.
Thank you, Lisa! I now say good morning to my toes, my feet, my ankles, my calves, etc. etc....and it's like they hear me, lol… I found the session very helpful - it's true that this practice brings you back to the present - there's a lot of power in being present...
Thank you so much for my first introduction to yoga. It was great.
Kids yoga was absolutely amazing. I am an RECE and also a Resource Teacher working with children and adults with special needs and I have already implemented so many of your strategies in the field. Even the adults love the relaxation song when they’re overwhelmed. So many great ideas and creative materials were brought to mind I didn’t even know could be used in a classroom.
After attending this workshop, I have learned strategies and techniques that have stuck with me and are easy to implement within the classroom. This workshop has been the highlight of my week.
I wanted to say a big thank you for an amazing workshop! Your passion and knowledge around teaching kids yoga was truly inspiring. I have learned so many wonderful ideas that I have already implemented in my own classroom.
The children love the breathing exercises with the scarves and ping pongs, as well as the ideas that you shared with the yoga cards. I also have to say the distraction and return idea really worked well and the kids are even using it on each other too when they are being interrupted. Thank you for offering such a great workshop.
I really hope your teaching continues to grow to create a bridge to reach home child caregivers as well. In my view, the delivery of this wellness program is what children and caregivers equally need. Health and wellness is where it all begins, nothing else works without it.
